Summary0001866: Starship Deconstructers hard-counter deep starship raiding
DescriptionSituation was I had my first few planets, and sent my complement of Mk I Raids out to kill an Eye two or three hops out, my next target planet. After attacking it for a while, I noticed they were no longer on the planet, and the Eye was alive, so I figured the Raids were killed.

So I try to build more...but I cant! So I search galaxy view...and there they are, in transports...the deconstructers. Those things totally negated solo-starship play, even thought I was not playing by having a starship fleet or anything...just using Raids to Raid!

That is a bit harsh, perhaps they should deconstruct faster or the player should be given an option to scrap entrapped ships so they can rebuild new ones.

(typo in your summary, is it Disassembler or Deconstructor? you have constructor atm)

"Fix the typo" is why I have wiki access. I was tired of seeing misspelled words, missing punctuation, or bungled formatting that when X asked for help I jumped in.
(Fixed a couple more typos in the last hour)

Heh, when you type as many words per day as me, you're bound to make some typos. I appreciate the extra eyes, Draco. :)

Fixed this:

* Apparently Starship Dissasembler guardians weren't actually attriting the starships that they ate. This meant that the starships would be stuck in permanent limbo until the guardians were killed, which was obviously a problem.
** Additionally, starships in particular were eaten very slowly, but a lot of high-health ships would be. This was very problematic, as players can't rebuild those ships until they are returned to them. Now all ships are eaten at a speed that will ensure they are dead and can be rebuilt 4 minutes later. 4 minutes is long enough to kill the maw/disassembler if you have ships present, and otherwise the ship is just lost and can be rebuilt without so much hassle.
