Allow me to interfere. Actually it is working as it is supposed to : you can never have more than 2 shields at once. But if you get that extra shield (through that item, or a level up perk), it is silently added to your total, and should you run upon an item requiring you to sacrifice definitively 1 shield for some other benefit (4 extra hps, for instance), your shield total would remain at 2. The whole thing needs to be more trasnparent, I guess, as it can be pretty confusing. |
