Summary | 0001859: Direct attacks against FF-Gens should deal more damage
Description | Ships that have the ability to ignore the force fields currently have no bonuses against the force field generators, which makes them quite limited in the player's hands. I suggest you added a multiplier of 2 or 3 for these kinds of attacks against forcefield generators only. Probably solving this by creating a new hull type would be best.

The units that ignore FF aren't really there to destroy the FF, but rather the stuff under the FF. |
Might be a good idea, but shouldn't give too much bonus. Like 1.5x is enough I think. |
Edit: Misread, ignore. |
I don't think this would work too well, because it would give all ships with force field ignore an even larger bonus against structural ships in general. And, really, the force field ignore ships are largely there for the stuff under the force field, even moreso with recent changes. |
