Description | An unlockable super-fragile ship that can move buildings within a system. Perhaps a larger, more expensive, version can travel through warpgates... being able to drag a fortress into an AI world to assist with an attack would be pretty powerful! I believe that regardless of their abilities the building transporters should have painfully slow movement speeds when carrying a structure. The main use of such a vessel would be grouping together structures such as black hole generators and ion cannons to create a world that's easier to defend. | ||||

I would like this if for no other reason to tidy up my home world so that I can cover stuff with fewer FF |

Probably a good idea to have a way to move fabricators away from wormholes but it might make it too easy to put a huge distance between enemy wormholes and valuables. |

Ah, possible solution to DKR 11k's problem: The building is picked up, and then deployed before it can be used. It would mean that structures could only be placed somewhere that they would spawn/be built normally. A cripplingly slow speed should prevent players from rushing their buildings off screen when a wave appears. |
