Summary0001745: Hidden START GAME button on lowest resolution
DescriptionWhen playing the game in windowed mode on the lowest resolution (1024 x 600) you can't see the START GAME button. It's possible to start the game at a higher resolution and then drop down again to play, but it's still a bug.

Actually 600 is below the lowest supported height, but I'll try to fix this when I get a chance.
