Summary	0017333: Projectile speed incorrect on Linux and some locales
Description	When playing on Linux, with a locale that represents the decimal separator as , (such as spanish), some projectile speeds are way too high (probably from 12.3 to 123). This includes the probes during deliver spacefaring technology missions, making them almost impossible from the start. Launching as "LC_ALL=C ./LastFederationLinux.x86_64" seems to workaround the problem. This seems to be a Unity problem (affects other Unity games, such as KSP), don't know if it can be fixed in TLF side.
