Summary	0017297: Tooltip for buildings in research screen could have more information
Description	Some of the buildings it's obvious what the do, but a lot aren't. It would be nice if there was a brief description in the tooltip (and then you could middle click to get more details). Something like "this building produces X crowns and Y SP" would be helpful.
