Summary | 0001710: AI planet ships should all activate and attack at the same time when the planet's entire fleet is outclassed by the human fleet
Description | That way they stand a better chance of inflicting at least some amount of losses to the human player's fleetball. Something similar to what happens if you approach the CC with a massive fleet where all ships abandon post and attack at the same time would work. Getting picked off one post at a time leads to a much much higher K:D ratio for the human player and helps allow very deep deepstriking with minimal losses as sometimes no human ships get blown up.

* On difficulty 7 and up, when the AI forces on a planet are more than 2x outgunned in terms of firepower, the guards will be freed and will either engage the player forces en masse or will escape to fight another day, as appropriate. |
