I suspect that this is basically a result of both the button and the tool only checking whether the mouse button was depressed while over the relevant part of the screen at any point, as opposed to detecting both a press and a release, and that if I could press-and-release at something approaching the clock speed of the computer, the problem would also go away. This is, of course, not humanly possible. |
