Something I noticed while testing for this: If you set yourself to build a building and mouse around over the fog, you can get intel on where the AI buildings are. |

Moused over the map while in civic-center placement for quite a while and couldn't reproduce this one, so I think the loca was put in at some point since then. Thanks :) |
