Summary0001499: Ships aren't loading into transports.
DescriptionStarted a new game today, with the new patch, and well we have ran into a few issues. This one specifically is not allowing us to load ships into transports. We aren't sure what is causing it. Here is a save to help you figure it out.

Loaded your game and disabled green player.
Loaded blue units into blue trans w/o problem.


The sweet spot on transports is much smaller than the transport icon,
Try loading into the Fort
Is the loading sound playing when you click on the transport?

No it wasn't. They attempt to load in, and bounce off it like it was full. Personally speaking, i've clicked on the transport in different locations and that didn't seem to make a difference.

Is this still happening in 4.042?

If so, can you try the Auto Load context-menu command with the ships you want to load? That helps isolate out issues with the mouse click just not working, etc.

We found and fixed the root issue with Spire Maws messing with unit data flags. Very bad ;) But fixed now.

Seems the problem has been fixed with the new patch. I reloaded the game in question and transports are working fine now. Thanks keith.

No, things are still broke in your version, but the Spire Maw hasn't corrupted your UnitData flags yet; if you fly the ships type you want to load around some Maws long enough they'll probably corrupt the flags and you'll no longer be able to load them into a transport. That particular bit of skullduggery is fixed for the next prerelease :)
