Description | I freed a system with a Civilian Leader but it still increase the AIP by 1 and dont decrease it after one hour. | ||||

Do you have a save for this? Also, did you actually capture the system? The civilian leaders have to be literally converted to your team before they switch, which happens when you capture the planet. Maybe I need to make the tooltip more clear. Or is it then still not working? |

Yes, added now a save. The next hour of increasing AIP will begin in about 4 minutes. So you can see it. And yes, I captured the system more than 2 hours before. |
