This has been the name of that modifier for a really long time, I don't think it's worth shifting and confusing folks. |

I actually find it very apt myself. Schizophrenia does not mean multiple personalities, even though many think so. Taken from Wikipedia, "Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by a disintegration of the process of thinking and of emotional responsiveness". I always attributed the several types of ships to the whole disintegration of the thought process; one moment it decides to send this ship, the next second it decides on a second type, etc. That might just be me though... |

That's why I originally chose it, actually -- the literal meaning of Schizophrenia, which I'd looked up when I was trying to come up with a name for that modifier. |

I'm only against the name since schizophrenia is a paranoid disorder with hallucinations and have nothing to with the multiple personalities disorder. |
