Summary | 0001382: Remove the "ENER" at low energy if the buildable is at its cap
Description | Currently, if you've built your cap of bombers (or other ships) and run out of energy building other ships, it says "ENER" at the place where it normally says how many you have left to build before you hit the cap. I suggest this only appears if you actually have ships left to build; if a ship is at its cap, it should still say "000" in red as usual. I'd also support some way to display both the "out of energy" message and the number left to build when out of energy, but I can't think of a good way myself. I was pondering having it flash between ENER and the amount, but I think this would get irritating...
