Summary0001331: losing the alien refugee ship does not fail the quest(the timer keeps going)
DescriptionShould be self-explanatory. This is for the light of the spire quest line. After you rescue the alien refugee ship, if it dies, the timer keeps going.

Well, there's no longer a timer so it doesn't really apply. I do need to have the game let the player know that going further the FS progression is basically closed to them should they fail in such a fashion though. Or, in other words "time to reload a save" ;) Unless they don't mind just continuing without it, which is also valid.
