Summary0001210: Barracks and Carriers for lower ship caps
DescriptionCan you re-balance barracks and carriers creation so that they would contain 100 units on normal unit caps, 50 on low and would be created at appropriately lower numbers of ships on planet?

Currently it seems that to activate this feature you need to be playing on high caps.

The number of ships from what barracks start per planet is scaled with ship caps currently or not (2k ships on planet not exactly reachable with low ship caps in any reasonable amount of time)?

It is definitely already scaled with the ship caps, but the scale numbers perhaps need tweaking. It's true that it's easier to hit them on high ship caps in some cases, but these aren't really intended to be super common in general, especially in the early game.

My game did run through 19h.. and there was no message about barracks. I think that planets topped at around 500-600 units but some of that can be in hybrids. I seen also planet to reinforce to more than 1k I think without any effect. But that was on directly angered planet.

Okay, finally have a fix for this in, you were right:

* Barracks checks were previously always 200 only occurring if there were an excess 200 units at the planet, even though the barracks capacity amounts were scaled with the different unit cap scales. This meant that barracks/carriers were rarely being seeded into normal and low ship cap scale games, except for older savegames that had these.
** This has been fixed so that the check floor is now 200/100/50 at high/normal/low ship caps, which means that barracks and carriers are WAY likelier to show up in those kinds of games. Correspondingly, now border aggression is less of a thing there, as it already was on high (still a thing, just not so much of one).
