Summary0001205: The AI doesn't have a cooldown on repair
DescriptionWe can't repair things that have been damaged in the last... is it six seconds or so? Anyway, the AI doesn't have such a limit; I've got six Dyson Gatlings shooting at a group of ships with a few engineer drones in them (Mk. III, in case it matters) that are constantly repaired; sometimes even right after a shot hits. I'm not sure it's related to the damager being a minor faction, or the fact that the ships are still in low-power mode even while being fired upon (another report about that coming up) or if it's that way for all situations. Uploading a savegame; the ships are at Shloisa.

The actual problem is that the cooldown is not triggered by minor faction shots.

This should be fixed as of some versions ago.
