Summary	0001062: Planet flavor text
Description	Seeing as AI:War has a rather "thin", but no less awesome, storyline, I thought that flavor texts for planets would be a cool addition. I don't really expect anyone to sit down and write flavor texts for 200+ planets, but making a code addition for reading a file (kinda like altplanetnames.txt) and insert flavor texts, either in a popup, or under "notes", would be really nice. "After the first great war, %n was the location of one of the science bases where the basic concepts for the AIs were first put to practice. It was one of the first bases to be utterly destroyed once the AIs decided to turn on us." Or similar things. It could be a community driven thing, perhaps? These texts would be pulled from file and simply plastered on random planets.
