Description | The military-industrial complex claims to give you the ability to move and build in the same turn. I found one, purified it, put a soldier on it, and left him there for several turns, but doing that didn't give me that ability. | ||||

The description of the military industrial complex says: " When you control this tile (by leaving a resistance member on it) building fortifications on tiles becomes a "free action", meaning that it can be done without consuming the resistance member's move/action for the turn and/or after performing another move/action. " It only works when building fortifications (I've tested that, both before and after moving), not building things that do not have the word "Fortifications" in their name :) |
