Summary0010540: Lead resistance member vs. player portraits
DescriptionPerhaps add a check to prevent, or have weighed less, resistance members with the same portrait as the player (from becoming the lead member). I don't know if you've implemented all the NPC portraits yet, but on the chance one is selected identical to the player, it can be immersion breaking / difficult to tell at a glance who is speaking, particularly in the tutorial-like segments.

Just a minor bit of polish.
