DescriptionI'm _hoping_ this was suggested before, but it would be fantastic if there was an option to maintain engineers on border planets exclusively--an alternative to the "build on all planets" option.

You could make planet-specific orders for the border planets. It takes a little more work, I suppose, but it'll do the job.

What do you mean by border planet? Adjacent to a planet you control but still has an enemy comstation (hostile), No enemy comstation but enemy structures/ships (neutral), or both. And to what purpose? Maintain turret ball?

Personally I assumed he meant "friendly planets that have wormholes leading to AI planets".

For any planet that's adjacent to a hostile or neutral planet; the main intent here is to reduce the amount of engineer ship cap being used (in opposed to universal coverage), as late-game they become more and more thin as you expand outward without macroing and keeping awareness on the amount of engineers you have on every planet. Having engineers on border worlds = more repair being done to fleets, too, which is important.

Also, it would be a good idea to also implement some other feature that would auto-salvage or move engineers to said planets when the conditions have changed, so as to reclaim ship cap.
