Summary0010071: Scrolling up from the close button on the perks window sets the selection box in a wrong location
DescriptionRepro:
0) With at least 7 levels up perks unlocked (more is better)
1) Scroll to the right on the perks selection menu so that level 1 perks are not presently visible
2) Move the selection box down to the close button
3) Move the selection box up back to the perks

Result:
The selection box moves to column 1; the player cannot scroll to the left without moving the box to the right then back to the left.

Expected:
The selection box returns to the previously selected column
OR
The selection box does not move to column 1 and make it difficult to scroll left
