Description | A new game like Defender or Normal where the player only has one ship type to use against the AI. Ship type caps would be multiplied by how many caps of that mark you would have at that time normally. So on a one homeworld start, your shiptype mark I will have a cap 4 times larger than it should be. When you capture an ARS, instead of giving you another ship type, it will increase your single ship type's multiplier by one. Researching would be for increasing the higher mark ship cap multipliers. The original original idea was from Day9's dailies. If this actually gets in, I will contact him and let him know that monobattles have spread to more and more RTSs. =D Well, I might. He should be cool with it. He's a pretty cool guy. |

I would assume when you pop a distribution node it would only release mark I of the ship type you are using. |

You mean Zenith Reserve? Distribution nodes are the ones that give resources. But the answer to your question would be yes though. |

Does not seem like it would fit the game well. On the other hand, I can certainly see a 1 player 7 assist, where each person uses a single unit type, or similar. |

It would work best as a team mode. Typically, what happens is in a game of Starcraft 2, it's a 4v4 game where each player chooses only one unit type and builds only that. However, with this, it could do something where the AI only gets one unit type in addition to you, or every player gets their own single unit type while the AI gets unit types = # of players |
