DescriptionDescription:Ship Buff Near by units to have the following abilities,
Able to traverse Space in an instant, no negative effect of teliporting. after traveling in range units are able to travel to there destination after being triggered by it effect. Affect Ai units with negative effects x10 paralyzing effects.

increased mrk just make it have an larger AOE Range, increased Speed (like (3,6) and increased negative effect towards the AI, it also should have no 2:00 min cap for paralyzing .

Group Move with this ship would make the ships surround the ship then enter it when they decide to attack (FRD only)(the ships stay near the Translocator even when there is ships on the system the then move towards the ship then teliport to the enemy).

Useage:
it be an Capable unit for defence have some FRD standing near this unit, then they are able to Teliport To the Enemy but then have to travel bat the Translocator to do this ability again, this ship be good at raids and good for running away but only down side is the ship is slow and thus if you do decide to run away it has no or little defense on defending it self. so as an unit that stands by it self with other units around it are able to use it ability thus making it a good unit to have near key structures. (Eg mobile repair stations) or on the path Back to the Mobile Repair station, this unit will need good care of placement as it affect Ai but they have negative effect but the Ai is able to go any where, another good idea would be that you place it near constructions thus giving them when they are destroyed to rejoin the battle straight after.

another implementation is you could have them link to other Translocators that would have sling shoots unit past an system in an instant. so example you got planet

A-C
D-C
B-E
B-C

you want to link E construction of Fabricators + D Advance Factory
so you place this unit near the construction and in the path of Construction Rally To A.
so you got 2 units at E & D
then what you do is know place a unit on the outside exit of Both E & D, so in total you have 4 Translocator Star ship know and you able to have units only need to travel across 1 planet thus making them closer to the home planet.

also it can be used for sending your attacking fleet straight back to your base or 1 hop closer to your planet when needed eg CPA

you also be thinking that the Ai spam units to it as it owned by humans, and yes but depending on it use or how many are trying to use it at an time the longer the paralyzing that done by traveling through it after an cool down. you could also abuse ai using this ship by attacking it. since ships when attack it will be in range of it effect eg anything with less Range than 12000 or 10000 so an large AOE (effect is telliporting ) so suggestions on making it ok?

in total the player is able to skip 15 planet completely, and have permanently have 10 on planets as soon after they have enough AOE size with the higher mrk that most ships wont be able to Target them this is so because they aren’t meant to attack the enemy but purely as an support unit like the scout star ship. Reason they have no attack as they cant be attacked them self by most units even cloaked. So you could in an sense have it in an middle of a patrolling Ai system and using it to teliport units away from it self if they are attacking it.

this be an awsome unit clearing out thoese worm holes, and also it would still be able to affect thoes plantary cloaks and form a protective buble of randomly teliporting enemy units thus making them a mobile sheild, when ships are on low power they arnt able to use the ability, thus making what i said true
