I have had this happen outside of that particular mission, though I can't remember in which region it was occurring, if it matters. It did happen at least 3 times in one Dungeon though. |

Possibly related, I have gone into normal caves (not in a mission) marked as containing a boss and found them empty. Probably should have reported that at the time, but I think I was too happy to not have to fight more fairies, so I forgot to report it. |
