Summary0005737: Enemies don't respawn when in water
DescriptionBefore, whenever an enemy was in the water for 10 seconds (I think it was?) they respawned at their spawner in order to prevent water holes from becoming pits full of enemies. With the removal of spawners, that's no longer the case though; they just stay in the water. It feels like they should be respawned at their original spawn location instead.

They aren't supposed to respawn -- this is a dupe report, but what I said at longer length in the other one was that this is more or less temporary behavior until we can shift some other things about enemies.
