| Description | Like the summary says, I think the settlement Illari should increase your mana regen rate or completely heal it up. This can save time if you run out of mana searching for supplies and such. | ||||

First of all, your mana recharges in 30 seconds so really it shouldn't ever be something that is preventing you from doing something in town. But secondly, given that battles can take place in towns, it would be really bad to have a source of infinite mana right there. ;) |
