Summary	0029574: Gameplay - Loading an older save with already made choices doesn't give the relevant personality based resource
Description	Description: If player loads an old save that progressed through significant milestones before personality based resources were implemented they do not receive the strategic resources they're owed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load the save 2. Observe that all personality based resources are set to 0 despite all of the progression tied to the save
