Summary	0029365: Other - Hovering Load or Unload Units in controls visually warps every "new" tooltip in the title
Description	Description: Every tooltip that has been upgraded visually warps after player hovers load or unload units in the controls Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Controls > Command Mode 2. Hover over the names of load units or unload units 3. Hover over any other option that has the upgraded tooltip 4. Observe the enormous tooltip (Screenshot A) 5. Hover over any other option that has the upgraded tooltip again 6. Observe that the tooltip is warped and doesn't appear as intended (Screenshot B) Notes: - To get rid of the issue the game needs to be rebooted
