Summary	0029307: Toasts don't display properly on reloading a Landing save
Description	To reproduce: * Load the attached save file. * End the turn. Note that four toasts pop up. * Immediately reload the "Autosave Landing Turn 31" save file. * Only one toast pops up. The ideas are unlocked for research just fine, it's only the toast that fails to display.
