Summary0002177: Rebuilding energy reactors from remains
Description1. I have a planet with energy reactors for myself and my ally.
2. The AI roflstomps said planet.
3. I retake the planet.
4. I end up with too many reactors. This is either because it rebuilt my ally's reactors as mine, or the auto-build option did not take into account the remains present and immediately build more reactors when I took the planet.

Yea, the energy-reactors-have-remains thing was added after the auto-build-reactors thing, so the latter has no concept of the former. It's kind of difficult to determine what the auto-build controls should in reference to the remains; on the one hand you can end up with more reactors than desired, but on the other you can wind up with none because the auto-build controls just keep waiting for the remains to be rebuilt.

I think its OK to assume that rebuilders will rebuild them. Between the low cost of rebuilders, the high cap, and auto-build functions, sooner or later those remains will get rebuilt.
