Summary | 0002048: AILoopError
Description | I got AILoopError x like 50 or so in my current game. It happened after I loaded my saved game from yesterday and a new wave attack happened and I started to kill it. Attached is what I think this is the correct error file.

Website is not letting me upload the 569kb file and giving me bad request errors. The error is this and it just repeats: Error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at AIRouting.CreateStandardWaves (Int32 PlayerNumber, Int32 WaveArrivalTime, Int32 AIProgressionLevel, Int32 AITechLevel, FInt WaveSize, ForegroundObjectType ForcedType, System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2 AiMods) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at AICommand.ParseDataIntoAILoop () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at AILoop.RunAILoop () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 12/14/2010 11:11:11 PM (4.049) ----------------------------------- AILoop Error----------------------------------- System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at AITactics.ShipCombatTactics (Int32 PlayerNumber, Int32 AIAttackingThreateningAIUnits, Int32 HumanMilitaryUnits) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at AILoop.RunAILoop () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 |

Can you zip the log file and then attach it? What you posted looks like two separate errors split midway. Thanks :) |

Thanks :) That's a big help because it shows that the timestamps on the CreateStandardWaves errors are from November, and that the ShipCombatTactics one is the one you're actually running into right now. Can you upload the save in which you were getting those errors? |

I've got this error in 2 game I played so far (I mean I only played 2 games, and both ended with this error). I've started a new game already, and I'm not sure I have any savegames left of the old ones. I suspect that the game update has to do with the problem: both times the bug occurred shortly after I updated AI War and resumed playing from the 'old version' savegame. |
