Description | When the Molecular Security Control kills people to stop crime, it stops the crime at a building. Because there is no crime, there is no crime information on the building information, so you can't tell how much crime is there to eliminate it via police. | ||||

For 0.898: * Molecular Security Control now no longer removes crime from the buildings in its territory, but instead removes the total amount of crime of those buildings from the city total, which is what actually determines what bad stuff happens. This way you can still see what crime "would" be there for planning purposes. ** Also, all crime-related deaths and woundings are now prevented within a Molecular Security Control territory (though it may still be possible for the lander to "soak" crime deaths if there's nowhere else to "put" them).
