Summary0005518: Planet priority keys in Galaxy View have weird modifier behaviour
DescriptionI started reporting this because I was unable to choose planet priorities with the keyboard, but I have since discovered how to do that. My control settings have "alpha0" through "alpha9" bound to "Set Priority To <n>", but I'm not sure if that's the default or if I changed the bindings at a time in the distant past that is now lost to memory. In any case, just using these keys on their own select control groups of ships rather than selecting a priority.

When I went digging, I found the bindings documented in controls.txt as "Alt+0-9". This caused me to do some experimenting with setting modifiers, and I found two possibilities:

 * With no modifier or with "alt" as the only modifier, alt+0-9 selects a priority.
 * With any other combination of modifiers I've tried, the keybinding is ignored.

I expect this behaviour stems from control group selection being active in the galaxy view and intercepting these keys. While I think galaxy view keybindings should take preference over the others in the galaxy view, I'm aware that might be tricky for technical reasons and I'm probably in the minority with that opinion anyway.

However, this behaviour should probably be noted in the input binding settings to prevent confusion. (Especially since that's the first place I go to see what the available keybindings are, and I only tend to look at controls.txt or whatever when I'm trying to determine whether my setting is the default or not.)

Just to necro this a bit, I was very confused with setting planet priorities via the keyboard as well, as the View Controls screen lists "Alpha0-9" with no modifier, but in reality ALT is required.
