| Description | If the player has at least 1 Desperation (a machine material type) when they hover over the nanoparticles icon at the top of the screen, then the related tooltips should all have the following message in a fairly bright red (LangHotM.ColorHex_RedOrange) color: "You are desperately low on nanoparticles as well as raw materials. To gain more, you can use the Emergency Nanoswarm in a dispatch against a building. This will long-term increase the difficulty a bit, but will get things back on track." If there are any other tooltips of nanoparticles where this seems appropriate, then these should also show this message. | ||||
