| Description | After the initial round of start-up intro encounters the only encounters I am spawning across the map are Heavy Pollution and Local Extinctions. None of the minor encounters (cops harassing citizens for example) are occurring. This has been over an hour so I don't think it's me missing them, save attached. | ||||

When I closed the game and attempted to reload the save it threw the attached error on startup - Log attached. |

Thanks! * Seem to have fixed the issue with no cohort-desire-based encounters spawning after you get through the first couple of cells in the prior version. |
