DescriptionWhile waiting for the full 3.0 release, I've thought up a few new capturables for the future.

The first is a node that when captured would let you tap into the AIs communications network. It would give you scouting on all of their planets, at the cost of a continual increase in progress. Could be shutdown, but then not reactivated, to prevent toggling to prevent the progress increase.

I'm not sure if the next would be possible. A node that when captured would exchange AI progress for difficulty. For example, you're playing at difficulty 6 and capture the node, the difficulty could increase to 7 and progress reduced by 50. Not sure if the change in the AI difficulty is possible during the game, though I remember a topic about hacking a save to change it. If possible there could be one for an increase and a decrease in difficulty.
