Summary | 0004848: Cursor input lag
Description | There is a small but noticeable input lag with the mouse cursor. When both the Windows cursor and the in-game cursor are enabled, the game's cursor lags behind the Windows cursor. Additionally, since the camera is tied to the game cursor, this input lag also affects the movable camera.

Right -- that's just the way it is with the unity engine, unfortunately. The in-game cursor is the one that accurately represents where the game thinks your mouse is. It's not a lag with the visuals, it's a representation of what the unity engine is polling from the OS or whatever it's doing under the hood. |
