Description | Right now the game forces you to accumulate Time Units over several turns and then spend them to build something instantly. This doesn't make much sense, so my suggestion is to instead have buildings take a certain number of turns to build, during which the character chosen to make the building will be unavailable for the duration of the building time. | ||||

You know, if you don't have enough time units to build something, you can start the building and use other npcs to finish it. |

Yea, buildings actually already support multi-turn/multi-npc construction. |
