DescriptionI'm finding that I'm passing a fair number of turns while my peons slowly gather materials.

Extending the range of these resources would give people more of a reason to go out hunting, and make helping your towns feel rewarding sooner.

A possible solution could be to let the player choose how many time units are spent at quarries or woodcutters each turn; spending more would boost the settlement's resource gather range.

Also, as a side note, it's fairly easy for a player to augment their town's stalled gathering by manually genociding trees. Rocks seem to be nearly treated as a 1:1 equal to wood, but are drastically more difficult to farm.
