Summary0004564: Ghosts: despatch individually & enrage
DescriptionCurrently, you accumulate more'n a certain number of ghosts in the world and they band together to come after your settlements. This is a good mechanic to discourage too many deaths in general, and adds something to the strategic game too.

However, as soon as you currently die once in a particularly tricky area, there is SOME incentive to then murder yourself three more times, then progress the strategic game until the ghosts are (a) in an easy region to do away with them; and (b) out of the tricky area (which previously they were making trickier). Meat grinder cheese.

I would propose the following:

[1] When there are more than x ghosts IN A PARTICULAR ROOM/CHUNK, then despatch one of those ghosts to the strategic map heading for your settlements.

[2] The lone ghost is now "enraged" and will be twice the level it previously was.

[3] All other ghosts remain where they are.

[4] When there are more than y ghosts in the world, all ghosts everywhere become enraged.
