Summary | 0000430: Slow zoom speed results in strange mouse-following behaviour
Description | When the zoom speed is low and it takes several seconds to go from full zoom out to zoom in. While the zoom is "animating" it will follow the mouse, even after the user has stopped zooming in, but the simulation hasn't zoomed to the right level yet. So if the user zooms in, then continues to move their mouse, the center of the screen (and zoom) will change. It may be better to only change the zoom center when the user is actively zooming in/out(mousewheeling in/out).

* Previously, when the zoom speed was set slow, and the zoom was actively moving in while centering on the cursor, it would follow the cursor as it moved around rather than zooming in on where the cursor was when the zooming started. Fixed. Thanks! |
