| Description | Ok, I don't know if I'm hitting a button or whatnot that does this, but I've noticed that sometimes my message log in the top-right is minimized to one entry instead of the usual 5. Have I found a bug? Or is there a key that expands or collapses the message log that I keep hitting unknowingly? :\ | ||||

The message log (when mininized) only shows messages given during the last... probably 30 seconds. Pressing ' (or whatever it is on an English keyboard; check the settings) will show you the entire log. |

Actually messages are displayed in the message log for 60 seconds before going away. Anyway, I don't think that is what the reporter is referring to. It seems that after you've been playing a while and have had several messages appear in the log that sometimes it one shows one message at a time. I've seen it happen before. |

That was part of a bug that should now be fixed though (fixed in 0.505) where the messages started being deleted from the wrong end. |

The message log doesn't have a fixed size (though it maxes out at 5) -- it just shows whatever messages were logged within the last 60 seconds, and then anything that's older disappears. If you want to see the full thing, you can hit ~. |
