Description | I encountered a fatal error when I died in my latest game. I can't think of anything I did out of the ordinary, but if you look at the attached screenshot you'll see random areas of the current map's fog of war had been uncovered, while large gaps between them went seemingly unexplored. I had flown through them as a bat (this is what killed me, didn't notice the damage he was taking in cold weather), and had switched the bat off at the last moment, only to fall into a couple mini-bosses and die instantly, at which time I noticed the fatal error. The errors in the UnhandledErrors.txt log are from 0.501; are you sure that you were running on 0.503 and that this is the up-to-date error log? |

The very last error in the log is .503, and is the specific one related to this issue. The others are from a prior crash (for which the issues have been resolved). I forgot to delete that file after I submitted it yesterday morning, so you're seeing old crash data on top of the new, sorry about that. Oh, ok, sorry. For some reason I thought I had reached the bottom of the file but had not. You're quite correct :) This looks like the same error that some folks were getting related to transmogrification; my guess is that the animation frame index is being copied and not bounded to the new animation array length and boom. |

Incidentally, if you die while running you have maybe a... 5% chance of that crash happening. If that. |

Thanks! * Fixed a crash bug that could happen in rare circumstances (about 5% of the time at absolute most) if you died while running. |
