I'm really unclear what is intended: Does this affect apply to ALL enemy ships in the system, OR Does this affect apply to ships shot by the Gloom Fighter, OR Does this affect apply in a radius around the Gloom Fighter? Is the speed reduction on the target down to 95% of the Gloom Fighter's speed? Meaning the Gloom Fighter can always catch its targets? Even so, I don't think a 5% speed advantage is all that impressive. Is the speed reduction to 95% of a regular Fighters speed? If so, how does a regular Fighter and Gloom Fighter's speed compare? Is the speed reduction to 95% of the target's base speed? That seems pretty negligible. |

95% of Gloom fighter movement speed (300 or 100) meaning Fast ships that normally retreat fighters deal extreme damage to ships faster than it. it deal more damage to faster ships, and less damage to slower ships (base damage). This fighter counter to fast ships because they most likely have to run away before Gloom fighter gets into range if not then loss of ship, it deal 100x damage to fastest ship in game roughly. i didnt explain it well but this what i want it to be. Fast blazing ship that reduces enemy movement to 95% Max speed fighter of target ship it firing at (so ship cant flee) this ship useless to other ships that are slower than it (majority fleet). this ship deals more damage to faster ships and less damage to slower. something simple like Speed / 4 * Base Damage just so faster ships more damage. slower ships less damage. or Speed/GSpeed * 4 * Base Damage (Mark 1) pure example: Tank 8/ Gloom 250 * 4 * 1000 Damage 128 Base: 4000 pure example: SBlade 1200 / Gloom 250 * 4 * 1000 Damage 19200 Speed / GSpeed * 16 * 1000 (mark 4) Damage Min: 512 Base: 16000 Damage Max: 76800 |
