Summary0003781: Warnings in general should be made more prominent
DescriptionI appreciate that there is a configurable warning system in place. That being said, when multiple enemies are attacking in my home system, it would be ideal if knowing that didn't rely on my glancing at usually-innocuous uniform-colored text in the top left. I suggest some combination of:

* A sound that is played when a new alert is issued.
* Different colored text for new and/or important warnings (I know it's red when your command center is being attacked, but by the time you see THAT, you're pretty much f'd already.)
* Larger font for new and/or important warnings.
* Allow these option(s) to be user configurable per planet.

Really, if you just added a little 'ding' sound on new alert so I know to glance up, I would be thrilled. :)

It is possible in the settings for each planet, on the planet tab, to set it up to give a warning when X ships are present on the planet. This works, but you have to remember to do it for every single planet (which I am bad about doing). Perhaps you've already found this, though. I've been angling for a universal control for this, but nothing has come of it so far. Even when doing this, it does still just pop up a message in the upper left like all the other warnings. No real flashing lights or sirens to speak of.

It just occurred to me that maybe this is intentional. So many of my deaths (I'm sure others are similar) are when I'm busy on an offensive and don't notice the sneaky AI using that moment to attack. If that's the intent, I don't find the lack of sirens and lights as objectionable. ;)
