Summary | 0003468: Building mark 2 engineers without tech bug
Description | When I start my games, I load from my computer the civilization settings, which includes how many mark 2 engineers are maintained at each planet. I had it at one for my previous campaign, and started a new one, and when i captured a new planet, it automatically built a new Mark 2 engineer, even though I lacked the tech for it. This may be because the auto-build logic ignores tech, as it assumes you cannot change the setting without research of said tech, but I think that you should be able to change the slider whenever you want, just to set up for when you get the tech, and to resolve this bug.
