| Description | It happens randomly. But it's always at the point when I double clicking on a planet. Happen around every 30~60 minutes. Reload the game can get around the issue. | ||||

Hi! We had one other report of something similar very recently, and the solution in his case was to use OpenGL rather than DirectX: https://steamcommunity.com/app/573410/discussions/1/3418808280394683030/ For all other folks who have had something like this, historically if they did a verification of the steam files, that would replace some corrupt file and then things would work properly again. But it sounds like OpenGL may be another way to solve it. |

checked steam verification, all files hashes are correct. no corrupt found. Haven't try OpenGL yet, but will try that and will notify if happens again in the rest of the campaign ( about half way at the moment ). |

I'm a game dev and have a high-end PC from 2 years ago. ok, had a look at the one on steam forum. I forgot to mention that my double click was fast. haven't trigger the problem when I click slowly. I believe I can click twice in a single frame. |

Didn't change anything, but I intentionally click slower. Managed to finished the campaign after 3 hours (loss) without freeze. |
