Summary	0027371: Brutal Guardian Lairs seeding when they should be off
Description	Expected Behavior: Brutal Guardian Lairs remain off by default in AI difficulty < 7 games. Actual Behavior: Three Brutal Guardian Lairs seeded in my game despite my not enabling them. My AI difficulty is only 7 and I certainly didn't enable Expert mode. Started the campaign on 5.010 but the actual version is 5.011 now--seems it's not available in the dropdown.

Apthorpe May 22, 2022 8:50 pm reporter ~0066851	The setting remained at 3/6 until I manually changed it to 0/6 in the next campaign. I'm sure I never manually turned on brutal guardians. Wondering if maybe I selected a quick template that had them on? Or maybe I temporarily changed the AI difficulty to 8 in lobby before setting it back to 7, and the brutal guardians remained? Not sure.
