Isn't there a hard cap to number of ships. After the game tries barracks and carriers and other "ship collecting" techniques and still can't prune the ship count enough, will just start removing ships all-together? |

Maybe. But the threat counter showed > 100k ships, so 5k is clearly incorrect. |
